• At the request of insurers, conducted an independent review of over 45 loss of profit claims relating to the grounding of the MV Rena container ship.
• Assisted the UK Financial Conduct Authority in a major BI Test Case against insurance companies relating to Covid-19 claims. The case was decided for the UK FCA on appeal by the UK Supreme Court.
